What is Crave Boutique’s online policy?

How long does it take my order to process?

It may take Crave Boutique approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order before the order is shipped. When we have an increased amount of online order commerce, it may take 2 to 7 additional business days to process an order. If this is the case, we will notify you via email. We do provide expedited service for an additional fee. **International orders--we cannot guarantee delivery time for International orders.

How can I track the status of my order?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal & Crave Boutique gift cards.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?

Crave Boutique prides itself on offering first-class service and top quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused items in its original condition
within 14 business days after being received, with all tags intact and you may request an exchange, Web Credit or refund, less shipping costs. **International orders are non-refundable**

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail or any delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature.  The customer must pay all shipping cost fees connected with exchanges unless Crave Boutique has send the incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item.

**The sale of items that are discounted/on sale are final and cannot be exchanged**

Availability of items

Crave Boutique may cancel your order, or part of your order, if your item is no longer available or out of stock. Crave Boutique will notify you via email if your order is cancelled or altered. If part of your order is out of stock, Crave Boutique will delete the out of stock items from your order and ship your items that are in stock. We will not charge you for the removed items. Please keep checking back with us for any out of stock items.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Boxes. We do not ship internationally, with the exception of Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If you do not enter a valid street address, your order(s) will be automatically stopped.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facility that houses our server is physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.
